At JB Cosmetics, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refunds:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at jody@jbcosmeticsskincare.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged for the same item.
