At JB Cosmetics, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process:

  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged for the same item.
